Well, the time has come to say goodbye to the web site.
I simply do not have the time the site deserves to keep it going.
We have many other projects in the works (mostly in the computer programming area) and the time needed to get those going will take even more time away from this project. Yes, those other projects are gun related as well.
The site will officialy close October 1st. Only the web site will be affected, so items you may have on layaway will still be here. We are not going out of business or moving . . . Just heading in a new direction with some new ideas.
This wasn't an easy decision to make.
There are literally over 20,000 lines of code on this web site, and a lot of hours put into it. But, it really comes down to deciding whether to invest more time in it, or put that time into something new that I feel will be well worth it in the long run.

Returns & Order Cancellations:

3-Day Inspection from destination delivery.
That means 3 days from the time you (03 Collector) or your transfer dealer receives the firearm. Email us first within 3 days to get authorization for return. 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. We guarantee complete and total satisfaction. If you decide within 3 days of receiving your gun that you don't want it - for any reason, email us and we'll promtly refund your money. Refund is minus 4% credit card fee (if paid with CC) and cost of shipping.

Layaway Terms:

Select "Layaway" during checkout.
20% due up front. If paying by Money Order, 20% is due within 7 days. 10% due each week thereafter for 8 weeks. If you will be late with a payment, just let me know. I'm easy to work with. If you stay in contact with me, we can work something out. If you fail to communicate, then I'll relist the item. Order cancellations during a layaway plan will be subject to a 4% restocking fee.

If there is a particular firearm you've been looking for, let us know. If I've seen one out there at auction or on another site, I would be more than happy to point you to it.

We can put your firearms on consignment for a $35 flat fee + 5% of the final sale. Credit card payment fees incured will be deducted from the total. Payment will be made when the item ships (This includes firearms put on layaway).

If you do not have a Federal Firearms License, you can arrange for a local FFL holder in your area to mail, fax, email a scanned copy, or upload one to us.

No firearm will ship until payment has been received and cleared, and FFL/C&R is on file. For faster delivery, you can forward a signed copy for us to keep on file prior to placing your order. You must furnish a signed FFL or C&R for all Post-1898 firearm orders before it can ship. All state and federal laws apply.

California Customers:

- CFLC Requirement - Effective July 1, 2008 -
Firearm shipments to Type 01 (Dealer in Firearms other than Destructive Devices), Type 02 (Pawnbroker), Type 07 (Firearms Manufacturer), Type 08 (Importer of Firearms/Ammunition), Type 09 (Dealer in Destructive Devices), Type 10 (Manufacturer of Destructive Devices), Type 11 (Importer of Destructive Devices) must provide 5-digit Centralized List (CL) number for Firearm Shipment Approval Letter.
(03 Collector of Curios and Relics are exempt from this requirement)
After we receive the letter, your firearm can ship provided handgun is C&R Eligible or listed on the CA DOJ list and long guns are California OK (See below).
Handgun sales to 01 FLL Dealers only.
Handguns must be on the California approved list. No high capacity magazine sales. No 'Assault Weapon' sales (whatever that means). 03 C&R Licensees may purchase C&R rifles only if manufactured prior to 1955. No ammunition sales to Los Angeles, San Francisco and all of Orange County.

Connecticut Customers:

No GP-WASR or CETME rifle sales.

Illinois Customers:

Must have copy of current FOID card. No Cook County ammunition or magazine sales.

Massachusetts Customers:

No ammunition or magazine sales. 01 Dealers may purchase handguns on the Massachusetts Approved list only. A copy of your FID class A or B is required for C&R Licensees.

Maryland Customers:

No modern handgun sales (Post Jan. 1985). 03 C&R Licensees may purchase C&R long guns only. C&R Eligible handguns may be sold to 01 Dealers only. No high capacity magazine (Over 20rds.) sales to anyone.

New Jersey Customers:

No CETME rifle sales. No handgun sales to 03 FFL holders. C&R long guns require signed CLEO certificate, FID, etc. No magazine sales over 15 rds.

New York Customers:

C&R Eligible handguns must be transferred to an 01 Dealer. 03 Licensees may purchase C&R long guns only. No sales to NY City.

Washington DC Customers:

No sales to the Capitol.

Missouri Customers:

5.725% MO Sales Tax will be applied to your order.

Ammunition Sales:

All first-time ammo sales must Email copy of driver's license and certify legal age (see below). Legal age is 18 for long gun ammo; 21 for handgun ammo. We will file copy for all future ammo purchases.

I certify that the attached is a true copy of my drivers license, and that I am over the legal age (18, or 21 for handgun ammunition) and that there are no state or local laws which forbid me from purchasing ammunition through the mail.
